Terms of Service

The service

outbidlol.net is a paid sponsored leaderboard. You pay to place a listing (a product URL or X @handle) on a public board, or to raise an existing listing. Rank is determined solely by bid amount: the higher the bid, the higher the rank. Equal bids are ordered by earliest bid first. New listings start at $5; taking #1 costs at least $5 more than the current top bid.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a listing.
• You may only list sites and profiles you own or are authorized to promote, and they must be lawful in your jurisdiction and ours.

Listing rules

• No adult, porn, or otherwise NSFW content or platforms.
• No chat or invite links — Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Messenger, Signal, and similar. The board is for products and profiles, not group chats.
• No link shorteners. Shortened URLs are replaced by the URL they redirect to.
• Query parameters are stripped from listing links; affiliate, referral, and tracking parameters will not work.
• App Store, Play Store, GitHub, and similar platform links are keyed by their path, so different apps do not share a bid.

Payment terms

• Each bid or raise is a one-time payment in US dollars. There are no subscriptions.
• Raising an existing listing charges only the difference between your new bid and your current bid.
• Payments are processed by Paddle as our merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, taxes, and invoicing; your statement will show Paddle.
• A listing or raise takes effect once payment completes.

Moderation

We may reject or remove any listing that violates these terms or the published rules, at our discretion. Listings removed for a rule violation are not refunded. If we remove a compliant listing in error, you are entitled to a refund — see our Refund Policy.

No placement or traffic guarantees

We do not guarantee any number of clicks, impressions, visitors, conversions, revenue, or rankings on external sites. Your rank on the board is visible to everyone and changes the moment someone outbids you — that is the nature of the service.

Intellectual property

You retain all rights to your brand, logo, and listing content. By submitting a listing you grant us a non-exclusive right to display its name, URL, and icon on the board. The site, its design, and its code are our property.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the listing in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost traffic.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to new purchases from the date it is posted. Material changes will be noted on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Lahore, Pakistan, unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
